Delivery costs are based on your location and the volume of product you are ordering. The carriage cost is calculated during checkout based on what is in your shopping basket but you can get the value before checkout using the delivery charge calculator on the shopping cart page. It is located as per the below image.
Standard shipments will be 2-3 working days after the date of placement of order. If you need them faster we can usually accomodate but there would be an additional shipping charge to reflect the faster service.
Delivery dates are not guaraunteed and no acceptance of liability for delays due to late delivery can be accepted. We use 3rd party nationwide pallet haulage and courier companies.
Deliveries come by means of a tail lift truck with an onboard manual pallet truck. Truck sizes can vary from 3 - 28 tonne trucks (full artics) and if you think this may be too large you should inform us so we can discuss it with you.
If you have a gravel drive you should understand that it is imposible to remove heavy consignments by means of a taillift and pallet truck. If you have a gravel drive you may have to split the consignment and remove them by hand from the truck or the driver may have to leave the pallet on the nearest hard standing for you to split and carry at your convenience. It is not the drivers job to carry goods for you and whilst they try accomodate they are not obliged to do so.
All deliveries require a signature unless you specify 'Can leave safe'. If you do not mark an order as 'Can leave safe' but do not provide adequate provision to take delivery you may be charged a second re-delivery charge. It is advisable to mark as can leave safe if you are unsure whether you will be available to sign for the consignment. If you do so it is advisable to add notes as to where it can be left bearing in mind this is a 'kerbside service only' and usually will only mean that they can leave it on i.e. your driveway.
You may wish to cancel a purchase, we accept return if we were notified within 7 working days of receipt of goods except when:
You must email with details of the return within the 7 working days from the point of receipt and we will refund you the value of returned saleable goods (up to 15% handling charge apply). However, you will be liable for the cost of all shipping including the outgoing and return journey.
When returning goods to us you must ensure they are adequately protected to ensure they are not damaged on the return journey otherwise the damaged goods value will be deducted from your refund.
